Thank you for choosing CPR School House for your BLS Instructor Training Course ***** IMPORTANT ***** Becoming an instructor is a time-intensive process. Before registering for your class please make sure you have thoroughly reviewed our instructor certification process including costs and time requirements. If you have any questions please contact us via telephone or through our website prior to registering for class. You will receive an orientation packet via email after registering. This packet contains the list of books and materials that you must obtain prior to class as well as information on how to complete the online portion of the instructor training. These materials must be brought with you to class. We are not permitted to admit any student who is missing any of the prerequisites and in that case, a student would not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund. If you don't receive your orientation within 24 hours, please reach out to us! When you click submit you will be taken to a payment gateway to complete your class purchase. Cancellations received more than 15 days before class start time will receive a full refund less a $75 service fee (any materials and access keys purchased directly from CPR School House are non-refundable). Requests received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. Reschedule requests must be received no later than 96 hours before the start of class. If eligible, rescheduling will only be allowed for the next open Instructor Class and may be more than 90 days in the future. Students arriving more than 20 minutes late to class or without completed prerequisites will not receive a certification card, or be eligible for refund or transfer. Proficiency in English is required to participate in, and receive a certification card for the class. The presence of a translator does not waive this requirement. Translators are not permitted in class.
