Thank you for choosing CPR School House for your Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Skills Testing Session. ***** IMPORTANT ***** This registration is for the hybrid Heartcode ACLS course and it consists of an online web based course from the American Heart Association and an in-person skills assessment through CPR School House. Both components must be completed in order to receive the AHA ACLS Provider certification card. As the student, you can select below to purchase both the online course and the skills assessment. For students who have already purchased the Heartcode ACLS online course from the AHA, you can elect to order only the skills assessment. When you click submit you will be taken to a payment gateway to complete your class purchase. Please note that course fees are not refundable. In the event you are unable to attend we do allow you to attend another class within 30 days. In order to be eligible for rescheduling we must receive your request no less than 24 hour prior to class.
